Your Questions Answered

Q: Why are you only looking at consoles? What about PC games?

A: We thought long and hard about this and we plan to take Play It! Say It? to Pc games down the track. We haven't done it to start with because we felt it was easier to keep our focus tight and go with the consistency of a single access point and voice communication. Bringing e-counselling through Ventrillo, Team Speak and other in-game chat services for PC games is a great idea and we hope to do it in the future.

Q: I don't know about the 'talk while you play' idea. Only speaking for myself but when I'm playing 1st person shooting games.... I'm in the zone and if anyone was trying to have a serious convo with me, I don't think they would get very far. Even if I was just organising photos & songs, I would still be distracted.

A: Great point. I couldn't either. We chose Play It! Say It! as the title because it covers the main points - gaming and chatting. And it rhymes. But people are individuals and will be comfortable while doing different things. Personally, I would like to chat while playing a simple game like Uno or I'd change channel and have the TV going in the background. It's not perscriptive - each to their own and what works for them.
